The bowl above is from the Wat Jet Yod branch of Fah Ham, one of Chiang Mai’s most famous khao soi shops. To get there, if you’re coming from the Rim Kham intersection, it’s located on one of the final left-hand streets before reaching Wat Jet Yot–simply look for the large white Thai-style building, open only from about 11am-3pm.
