I recently wrote a piece for ThaiDay about the various kinds of milk–goat, organic and “real” yogurt–now available in Thailand. There are some interesting people doing some neat things with dairy products nowadays, something of a surprise, considering that a generation ago milk was regarded with considerable suspicion by most Thais.
