Hi

I understand that DT has a new restaurant opening in Bangkok. My husband I will be there on Feb 25,26 &27 and would like to make a reservation if possible on Feb 26 or 27. If the restaurant has opened or if it has not are you aware if he is in Bangkok at this time and what are the options for cooking classes. I found your blog while trying to google the new restaurant. I found Nahm in London and I read that it was going to be named the same in Bangkok.

Thanks,

Irene

I was there at David's cooking class. Did not have the chance to meet you. I will be there again tomorrow for Sawada's wine dinner.

Your images look great. Keep on the good work. Looking forward for more.

Wow, I've been looking forward to David Thompson's new book. It's been awhile, and I wasn't quite sure when to expect it. Next time you see him, tell him that he has a reader that's making fermented fish.
