I am from Bangkok, Thailand and now I am reside in Orlando, Florida. I don't know that northern people in Thailand eat this kind of food "blood and guts" it make me nausea. I agreed with Allan that it is the most disturbing food posts I have ever read too and I also feel embarrass from this post. I had been follow up with your Foodblog for a long time.
