		<description>I think sticky rice might be the underlining difference of Thai and Lao food...sticky rice is so much more a staple then say the jasmine rice that very prevalent in that area.  Then again, I should know, I eat enough sticky rice everyday.  I am Lao.  LOL!  

Great pix, guy!  I love reading your blog.  I'm relatively new.  But I've combed over your entire food blog about Thailand and I love all the photos and great snippets of local tales.  Thank you.  I'm all a twitter that your in Laos.  I hope to go back and visit soon.  Until then...I'll relive then through your pictures.</description>
