		<description>The dish mee phat hong kong you described is more like Thai style, the way of cooking is similar (also use wok) but the content and taste are not like the fried noodle in Hong Kong.  The fried noodle in HK will be more dry, the content will be mainly either beef or pork (not mixed contents).  The price will be around HK$40 (US$5).</description>
