Wow Shan/Burmese food ! Hang ley is a corruption of Hin lay in Burmese where the dish is called Hin lay tchet.

Damn, I’m jealous.

If I was compiling a top ten list of the best restaurants in the world, Baan Phleng would be amongst them. That fern dish was one of the favorite things that I’ve eaten in Thailand.
