I just finished planning a trip for my boss to go there all of next month. I've never even had it with fish instead of chicken! Kind of a shame for somebody who grew up in Thailand! Yours truly is in Taipei now, but is there a place you'd recommend in downtown Bkk for khao mok (esp. w/ fish)?
